This was my first taste of roller derby. Apparently it is played in the UK but it was never on my radar. It's much more mainstream here. It was so much fun to attend and I hope I'll become a regular.

I met @Technicole330 when she was DJing at Goth Night at KJs Neighborhood Bar. She saw me taking photos with my posh looking camera and asked if I'd be interested in being the photograper for her next roller derby game. I'd not done any sports photography before but there's a first time for eerything so I said I'd give it a go. I'm so glad I did because it was great fun. Every one I met was lovely and welcoming.
